Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReachBleed (the "Service"), operated by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ReachBleed does

ReachBleed analyzes your X (Twitter) posts against publicly documented ranking signals and reports where your organic reach is being lost. ReachBleed is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Analytics are estimates and are provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee any particular reach, growth, or engagement outcome.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You connect your X account via OAuth; you are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You authorise us to access the X data needed to provide the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping our systems, reselling the Service without permission, attempting to access other users' data, or using the Service to violate X's terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content, excluding your data. You retain ownership of your X data; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party data & availability

The Service depends on third-party data providers and platforms that we do not control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by upstream providers.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
