This policy explains how [Legal entity name] ("we") handles your personal data when you use ReachBleed. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Data we collect

Account & X data: when you connect X via OAuth, we receive your X handle, profile details, and OAuth tokens, and we read your posts and their public engagement metrics (likes, replies, reposts, bookmarks, impressions). Contact: your email address. Usage: basic logs and analytics about how you use the Service.

2. How we use it

To authenticate you, analyze your posts and compute your reach metrics, deliver your reports, process payments, provide support, and improve the Service. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service.

3. Sub-processors we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

  • X data provider (e.g. TwitterAPI.io) — to fetch your post metrics.
  • Paddle — Merchant of Record; processes payments and stores billing data.
  • Hosting & CDN providers — to run and serve the application.
  • Email provider (e.g. Resend) — to send your reports and notifications.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records (e.g. tax/billing) by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us. You can disconnect your X account at any time, which revokes our access tokens.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard it.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (your login session). We do not use advertising cookies.
