Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ReachBleed. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the $29/month Pro subscription. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Renewals & partial periods

Beyond the initial 14-day window, payments for renewal periods are non-refundable, and we don't provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period — but you won't be charged again after you cancel.

How to request a refund

Email support@reachbleed.com from your account email with your receipt or X handle. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated refund-and-resubscribe) or violations of our Terms of Service.
